By using Doppler you agree to these terms. They are written plainly and mean what they say.
Doppler is a read-only registry. It records identity, provenance, recognition, and market-value observations for the Counter-Strike artifacts you connect through Steam. It does not buy, sell, trade, or hold anything.
Doppler is independent and not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Valve Corporation. Counter-Strike, item names, designs, and renders are the property of Valve. Inventory data is read via the Steam Web API.
Market-value observations are historical and contextual — the registry records what it observed. They are not appraisals, guarantees, or investment advice, and item markets fluctuate. Make your own decisions; do not rely on Doppler as a valuation authority.
You sign in through Steam and are responsible for the security of your Steam account. You may claim one handle per account. You may delete your account at any time.
Do not abuse, scrape, overload, or disrupt the registry, and do not attempt to misrepresent records or catalogue data you have no right to. We may suspend accounts that do.
Game intellectual property and assets belong to Valve. The registry — its records, design, copy, and software — belongs to Doppler. The archive associated with your account remains attributed to you.
Doppler is provided on a best-effort basis, without warranty of uptime, completeness, or accuracy. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from use of the service, including reliance on market observations.
We may update these terms; we will revise this page and its effective date when we do. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
